GGRS Monthly Meetings

Our August 3rd meeting will again be in Classroom A at the Gwinnett Justice and Administration building, 75 Langley Drive, Lawrenceville (google map). We are glad to welcome back our speaker, Stephen Hoy, who will talk about one of his favorite subjects "Singularly Beautiful Roses". We hope you will join us.

The Greater Gwinnett Rose Society meets the first Tuesday of each month with the following exceptions - We have an annual Summer Picnic usually in July. We have a Christmas Party/Dinner in December and because of Rose Day we generally do not meet in March. Meetings start at 7:00 and are typically held at the Gwinnett Justice and Administration Center in Lawrenceville.

We invite you to attend our meetings or any of our activities. If you would like to join the society, you can obtain an application at any of our meetings or functions or you can either print this application and fill it in by hand or enter your information on this application, print it and send either version with your check made out to "GGRS" to Rosie Tripp, Greater Gwinnett Rose Society, 1220 Taramore Dr, Suwanee, GA 30024.

GGRS, which is affiliated with the American Rose Society, is dedicated to the enjoyment, enhancement and promotion of roses. Membership in GGRS is open to anyone interested in learing about or growing roses. Annual dues are $15.00 for a single membership or $20.00 for two when at the same address. Dues include a monthly newsletter, meetings with informative speakers and rose programs.

You may also wish to join the American Rose Society. It has many benefits including the beautiful "The American Rose" magazine.

Finally, if you do not live in Gwinnett, but live in or near Atlanta, near Athens or in the South Metropolitan area you may wish to join or visit one of the other Local Societies.
